Founded by former Head of Music at Outside Organisation, Jack Delaney, Number 23 is the next chapter following 15 years’ experience generating media presence and executing cutting-edge campaigns for emerging and established artists, industry executives, major music events, red carpet award ceremonies and lifestyle brands.
Starting out at EMI Records in 2005, Jack was recruited by entertainment agency Outside Organisation, becoming Head of Music in 2018 and lead on a proudly diverse range of clients, including Headie One, New Order/Joy Division, Grace Jones, James, Carrie Underwood, Lin-Manuel Miranda, Trapstar, Music Industry Trusts Award and the MOBO Awards.
Jack works closely with the most influential print and online journalists, broadcast media, photographers and stylists to curate campaigns placing clients right at the heart of their audience and far beyond.
